Research-led web design studio Bhopal, India

Websites built around your business, not templates.

Agyatvyakti Web Design Studio is a research-led studio in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, building business websites for real estate, B2B and consumer brands across India. We research first, structure second, and design after that.

Most business websites exist. Fewer of them work.

Not because the people who built them were careless, but because the site was treated as something to have rather than something to do a job.

01

It looks fine, but it does not say much

The design is presentable. A visitor still cannot tell what the business does, who it is for, or what makes it worth contacting.

02

It was built from a template, not a business

The structure came with the theme. The business was fitted into it afterwards, so the pages follow the template instead of the offer.

03

The visitor has to work too hard

Important information sits three clicks deep. People rarely dig. They leave and check the next result instead.

04

There is no clear path to an enquiry

Interested visitors arrive, read, and then run out of road. Nothing tells them what to do next or makes it easy to do it.

A website should not simply be present. It should perform a business function — explain the offer, earn trust, and make the next step obvious. That is the part we work on first.

Four kinds of website, each with a different job.

The category shapes the structure. A storefront and an enquiry site are not the same problem, so we do not build them the same way.

01

Real estate websites

Project and property sites built around the enquiry, not the brochure. Price and location visible early, fast on mobile, and a contact path a serious buyer will actually use.

02

B2B & manufacturing

Websites structured around trust, capability and qualified enquiries — so the site supports the sales conversation instead of sitting beside it.

03

D2C & e-commerce

Storefronts designed around the product, the customer and the buying journey, for brands that want a channel they own.

04

Course, academy & learning sites

Websites for course creators, academies and learning brands — structured so content, offers and enrolment sit clearly alongside the business itself.

The work inside a build.

These are not separate products to buy. They are the stages a website goes through, and which of them you need depends on the project.

  1. Research

Understanding the business, the customer and the competition before any layout exists.

  2. Website architecture

Page structure, navigation and the order information is revealed in.

  3. Content structure & copy

What each page needs to say, in what order, and the words to say it with.

  4. UX / UI design

Design applied after the structure is settled, so the layout serves the content.

  5. WordPress development

Clean, maintainable builds you can update without breaking the site.

  6. Deployment & technical foundations

Hosting setup, analytics, Search Console, sitemap, indexing and sharing metadata.

  7. Performance & mobile QA

Speed checks and real mobile testing before launch, not after complaints.

  8. Maintenance

Ongoing updates and fixes, where the selected package includes them.

Search visibility is not a separate product we sell you. It is the result of research, structure, content and clean technical implementation done properly. Which of these a project needs depends on the package — the comparison on the pricing page shows the depth of each.

Understand first. Structure second. Design after that.

Each stage depends on the one before it. Skipping to the design is how sites end up looking finished and performing badly.

  1. 01

    Research

What the business sells, who buys it, what competitors do better, and what the current site fails to communicate.

  2. 02

    Architecture

Pages, hierarchy, navigation and conversion paths decided before anything is designed.

  3. 03

    Content

What each section has to say, in what order, and the words that earn the next scroll.

  4. 04

    Design

Visual decisions made around real content and real structure, not placeholder text.

  5. 05

    Development

Built in WordPress — responsive, fast and maintainable from the first commit.

  6. 06

    Discovery

Analytics, Search Console, sitemap, indexing and structure so the site can be found and measured.

  7. 07

    Conversion

Testing the path from arrival to enquiry, and fixing what breaks it, before launch.

Client work and concept demos.

Client sites are marked as client work. Concept demos are marked as concepts and never presented as client projects. Both are the same process, applied to different briefs.

Visit site

A better process, not a cheaper shortcut.

Websites were expensive because production was expensive. Modern tooling changes that. We put the time it saves back into research, structure and quality.

Business first, design second

We start with what the business needs to achieve. The design follows from that, not the other way round.

Research before layout

No page gets designed until we understand the offer, the buyer and the decision they are making.

Structure you can read

Clear hierarchy means a visitor understands the offer without effort, and you can extend the site later without it collapsing.

Modern tools, human judgement

Current tooling removes production overhead. It does not decide strategy. That time goes back into research, structure and quality.

No unnecessary complexity

We build what the business will actually use and maintain, on a stack we can deliver reliably.

Efficiency that reaches the client

Better workflows mean faster iteration and less overhead — and that benefit belongs to the project, not the invoice.

The studio

Agyatvyakti is a small studio in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, working with businesses across India. You deal with the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages.

    Technical & development

Not another template with a logo on it. A website with a job to do.

Questions worth asking before you commit.

What kind of websites do you build?

Real estate and property sites, B2B and manufacturing enquiry sites, D2C and e-commerce stores, and business, course or webinar sites. If your project sits outside those, tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

Where are you based, and do you work outside Bhopal?

The studio is in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and we work with businesses across India. The work is done remotely, so location makes no difference to how a project runs.

Can you redesign a website we already have?

Yes, and it is a common starting point. We begin by working out what the current site fails to communicate rather than restyling what is already there — a redesign that keeps the original structure usually repeats the original problem.

Do you provide hosting?

Yes. Hosting and SSL are included with every package, along with the website itself and at least one revision. The hosting term and what happens at renewal are confirmed in writing before the project starts.

How does the process work?

Research, then architecture, then content, then design, then development, then the technical and conversion checks before launch. You see the structure before anything is designed.

How many revisions are included?

One revision on the Landing Page and Basic Website packages, two on Premium, and three on Premium Pro.

Can you work with a domain I already own?

Yes. We can build on your existing domain and handle the connection and deployment.

Do you write the content?

Content structure is part of every build. Professional copywriting is included from the Premium package upward. On smaller packages we structure and refine what you provide.

Do you handle technical SEO?

The foundations are part of the build: analytics, Search Console, sitemap, indexing, sharing metadata and a performance check. Higher packages go deeper on research and ongoing optimisation.

Do you provide maintenance?

Premium includes one month and Premium Pro includes three months. Maintenance beyond that can be arranged separately.

How long does a website take?

It depends on scope and how quickly content and feedback come back from your side. We commit to a timeline after the research stage, once we know what the project actually involves, rather than quoting a number before we understand it.

Can the website be expanded later?

Yes. We structure the site so pages and sections can be added without rebuilding what already exists.
